GUEST ROOM (AFTER)
The guest room was updated through the use of an accent wall, adding a headboard to the guest bed, and changing the décor and color palette for the room.

Before the guest room appeared dingy and unwelcoming. This was remedied through the process of home staging.

DEN (AFTER)
The den was updated through the use of a blue accent wall, and adding contrasting orange and warm toned décor, pillows, blankets and wall art. In addition the TV was moved from a coffee table to an entertainment center which helped round the space. Swapping the entire room arrangement helped make the space feel more welcoming and relaxing.

Before the den appeared dark, cold and uninviting with little personality. This was remedied through a careful process of home staging in which a warmer palette was added.

STUDY (AFTER)
The guest room was updated by splitting the bookshelves and putting a reading nook between them. Wallpaper was used to define the reading nook space and was antiqued by washing with a darker paint color. The existing storage cabinet was re-painted in a new color and a cushion was custom sewn to make the space more comfortable. Books were sorted and organized by topic and color. New coverings were made for the love seat and chair.

Before the bookshelves appeared cluttered and disorganized. Even though many of the same decorations before were used afterwards, careful placement and organization greatly improved the space. The storage cabinet that was repainted appears on the right side of the bookshelves.
